Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has died on Monday (04/08/2013). According to his spokesman told BBC, Thatcher has died at the age of 87 from a stroke.

Margaret Thatcher was born on October 13, 1925 is rumored to have suffered a stroke and suffered a couple of times. She began to rarely seen and undergoing treatment since a stroke in 2002. She only seen a few times in public in recent months.

" We have lost a great prime minister, a great leader, a citizen of Great Britain," David Cameron said as quoted from Aljazirah, Tuesday (9/4). According to her, as a country woman prime minister, Thatcher succeeded against all odds.

" The real thing about Thatcher was that she not only lead our country. She saved our country," said Cameron.

The Queen of England Queen Elizabeth II also expressed her grief. " Queen saddened to hear news of Thatcher's death. She will send a personal message to the family," said a statement Buckingham Palace which became the residence of Queen Elizabeth II.

President of the United States (U.S.), Barack Obama also expressed a sense of loss. According to him, the death of Thatcher, the world has lost one of the great champions of freedom, and independence. " The U.S. has also lost a true friend," he said

Obama also put Margaret Thatcher as an example for women in the U.S.. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has the opinion that Thatcher was an outstanding leader in global politics at the time.
