Michael Clarke Duncan Died
Oscar-nominated star of "The Green Mile", Michael Clarke Duncan died after nearly two months of treatment after a heart attack.Interpreters speech, Joy Fehily, released a statement from his Duncan, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, who said the 54-year-old actor died on Monday (3/9) morning at a hospital in Los Angeles.
Fiancée, Omarosa, who first made the statement that grief. "Oscar Nominee suffered myocardial infarction on July 13 and has not fully recovered," the statement said.
Myocardial infarction is a condition in which a sudden event of termination of blood flow to the heart that causes the heart muscle to die from lack of oxygen.
The big actor has appeared in dozens of films, including box office movie "Armageddon", "Planet of the Apes" and "Kung Fu Panda".
Before finding fame in Tinseltown, Michael worked as a laborer, digging trenches for a gas company. Michael was headed Hollywood glamor though it only works as a bodyguard for stars including Jamie Foxx and Will Smith.
But he left the business bodyguards after one of his clients Notorious BIG assassinated in 1997. But luck was on his side. Two years later, he got the role of Armageddon, before playing in other popular movies.
Before he died, burly actor who starred in the movie Planet of The Apes Armagedondan was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, and has been battling heart disease suffered in the last two months.
"Duncan had a heart attack on July 13 and his condition was never recovered. Reverend Omarosa Manigault (fiance Duncan) is very grateful for all the prayers that have been said and please give time for privacy," said a spokeswoman for Duncan.
Duncan is one of the great actors of Hollywood. One of the famous and successful film called The Green Miles (1999). In the film he collided acting with Tom Hanks and was nominated at the Academy Awards.
In addition, Michael Clarke Duncan is also a close friend of Bruce Willis, and they could compete acting in the movie Armageddon.
