Boston Bomb Attack

The bomb exploded at the marathon finish line in Boston, United States, Monday afternoon, 15 April 2013. Three people were killed and 144 people were reported injured.

Explosion known to have occurred as much as two times the span of 12 seconds. Witnesses reported chaos when thousands of people are thrilled to welcome the runners were equally stunned before finally running for cover. SAR team assisted the audience rushed to assist the injured.

Marathon in Boston called the big event which followed 23,326 professional and amateur marathon runners. There were two participants from Indonesia, namely Wati Hlusak of Minn. and Director of Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Jerry Ng.

A bomb blast rocked the race. There are 17,584 who have completed the race and still have not completed the 4,496 participants of the race.

Champion of the category of women passing the finish line. Rita Jeptoo of Kenya recorded a time of 2:26:25.

8. 2:55 PM (at 1:55 pm, Tuesday, April 16, 2013)
There were two explosions in a span of about 12 seconds, about 100 meters from the finish line.

Obama offered condolences and asked the FBI uncover the perpetrators of this bombing.
