Arno Morales Scandal
Arno Morales was arrested by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents for allegedly uploading on the internet a sex video of him and former girlfriend after they separated last year.Arno Udo Fermin Fuchs in real life, the 20-year-old actor was arrested on Friday morning inside his residence in Project 6, Quezon City.
According to reports, the 17-year-old ex-girlfriend of Arno filed a complaint, alleging that he was the one who uploaded the video. The police then traced the origin of the video through its IP address.
The arrest for Arno was first ordered on February 21 but the police failed to arrest him because he already left his Blueridge, QC residence. Someone tipped the police, though, on the whereabouts of Morales and they were able to find him inside his Project 6 house.
Arno’s mother, Wilhelmina Fuchs, said that it’s impossible for her son to upload the video since it would also have a negative effect on his career as the actor’s face can be clearly seen in it. She also said that her son’s BlackBerry phone and iPod Touch which contain the video, got lost in a party two months ago.
Meanwhile, the police found the sex video and some nude photos of the 17-year-old ex-girlfriend still in Arno’s laptop, which was among the devices they seized from his house.

According to ABS-CBN's Bandila report Friday evening, the Fil-German actor Arno Morales was arrested at his QC residence after her ex-girlfriend "Laida" (not her real name) sought the help of NBI and accused Arno of uploading online their intimate video scandal (and even photos) following their breakup last January.
Arno is now detained at NBI Headquarters and is facing charges of violations of Republic Act 9262 (Violence Against Women and Children) and of RA 9995 (Anti-Voyeurism Act).
