Lohan's appearance on "Ellen" will be her first media appearance since she admitted to violating her probation in early November. Lohan had failed to regularly appear for her scheduled visits at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles, part of her sentence for pleading no contest in May to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles boutique.She was sentenced to 30 days in county jail for not keeping up with the court-ordered community service requirements, but the actress ended up only spending four-and-a-half hours in the slammer due to jail overcrowding.
